# Timesheets & Attendance

Paismo allows you to easily manage your Timesheets manually, csv or automatic integration. 

## Manually marking someone as absent

In order to manually mark someone as absent please search for them in [Timesheets](https://app.paismo.com/en/timesheets) and simply click on the trash icon and this will delete their hours for that day.

## Edit someone's hours&#x20;

Let's say if someone came in for a half day, you can simply edit their hours where they arrived from 9am - 12pm and you can provide them with [Time Off Requests - PTO](/paismo-or-next-gen-hcm-or-admin-users/time-tracking-and-leave/time-off-requests.md) from 12pm - 5pm.&#x20;
