Quickly and easily create your custom PTO policy without having to work or hire development teams. First start off by naming your PTO policy. PTO policies are customized by work cultures across different countries. Please note that Paismo enables flexibility for across the world work cultures. If you'd like for an In-Country Compliance Analyst to review your setup, please email us at compliance@paismo.com.
If you don't desire customization, you can easily create a blank PTO policy that can be applied for all of your employees. You can also select "Unlimited" as Annual Time Off Days.
