Running Your First Payroll

Review Timesheets and Monthly Payroll Fields before running your first payroll.

To Run Payroll, ensure you've completed the following:

  • Are on the correct Payroll Period

  • Reviewed Timesheets & Time Off Requests

  • Ensure custom Payroll Fields are addressed such as Reimbursement, Bonuses, Commission etc.

If you're running your first payroll, there are a few things we need to ensure are checked off the box.

  1. Ensure you've reviewed your Timesheetsarrow-up-right. You can do this by first ensuring you're on the right Pay Period and then syncing with either:

    1. Your Work Schedules

    2. Uploading a CSV file from your Biometric/Time Attendance Device

    3. Integrating with a Attendance Device such as ZK Teco

  1. After you've reviewed your Timesheetsarrow-up-right, ensure you're also happy with the current Time Off requests.

If you don't approve of a Time Off request, simply remove it from the list of requests and it'll automatically be declined.
