Setting up with Paismo is easy! After interviewing hundreds of customers having issues with today's HR/Payroll software, we've thought through the process thoroughly so it is as flexible and easy for you as possible! If you have a team of 15 and below, feel free to begin the process without us. If you have a team of 15 and up, we recommend working with our Accounts/Customer Success team so that you are set up in a way that is optimized for you and your business. Paismo is a very unique HCM (Human Capital Management) software in that it lets you create building blocks to be as flexible as your company.

Some companies organize themselves simply by location, others by functionality. Every business has a different way of organizing that works best for them. Before building out your departments in Paismo, take some time and think through how you'd like to be organized. This will help feed into Paismo's smart algorithms to provide you better suggestions on how to optimize your business.
Before onboarding, it's important to think through how you like running your business. How do you organize your business. If you're a restaurant you may have 3 different sort of departments "Front of House", "Middle of House" and "Back of House". Your Front of House are those greeting your customers like a host or a General Manager, and your Back of House could be those managing the operations and bookkeeping. Paismo allows you to build out your Departments so that overtime you can start running better scheduling and carrying out better goals for your team.
