Before onboarding, it's important to think through how you like running your business. How do you organize your business. If you're a restaurant you may have 3 different sort of departments "Front of House", "Middle of House" and "Back of House". Your Front of House are those greeting your customers like a host or a General Manager, and your Back of House could be those managing the operations and bookkeeping. Paismo allows you to build out your Departments so that overtime you can start running better scheduling and carrying out better goals for your team. \
